A completely seamless and super convenient transaction to get my preferred vehicle. I called about a vehicle the day before Christmas Eve and spoke with Jason, who Facetimed a virtual tour of the car. He sai get my preferred vehicle. Called to follow up and confirm my decision the following Monday and spoke with Nick Maiello, who offered to drive the car to my home (90 miles away!), bring the paperwork and complete the sale. Five hours later, I had a new car in my driveway. These guys really go above and beyond, and they're honest, personable and lots of fun to work with. Saved me the hassle of visits to the dealership. Had a great salesman, Justis. But the dealership did not detail the car I bought. They took it back, but still did a poor job with the cleaning. Poor professional detailing. Not cleaned out well.
