After showing up for an inspection appt. I was disappointed to find out they didn’t know I was coming. From there on out, they did an excellent job and were very professional. Loaner cars, runners to pick up/drop off :) A+ experience - Flood Mazda had excellent communication with me, sorted out a loaner car which they delivered to me in Providence, RI and picked up my A+ experience - Flood Mazda had excellent communication with me, sorted out a loaner car which they delivered to me in Providence, RI and picked up my car for service. They took care of the warranty repair, washed my car, and had it returned quicker than I was expecting. Pretty much as good as it gets I suppose. I couldn't be happier. More
