Worst ever; Refused to Deliver Car I purchased a Mercedes and traded in my vehicle. Paid cash in full. First the car gets wrecked. Information is, at best, sparingly provided only wh I purchased a Mercedes and traded in my vehicle. Paid cash in full. First the car gets wrecked. Information is, at best, sparingly provided only when demanded and, at worst, grossly misleading. Then I agree to wait 2-3 weeks for repairs and to take the car. They promise to expedite it but fail to do so and/or lied about how serious the accident was. Some five weeks later, I am waiting to accept delivery and these jokers arbitrarily cancel the deal (straight from RJ Foley himself) cause I won't sign an unspecified release having not even seen the car yet. Then they claim to cancel it and show up at my house in Springfield unannounced on a Friday late, startling my daughter and sticking a video camera in my face. They dump my trade and take their loaner back (had to tow the loaner back because the one they gave me was unsafe (bald tires). The dealer claims that the car are looked over but this clearly is not the case. Would never trust such a juvenile dealer as RJ Foley. Even his sales rep. muttered to me that he was so sorry about everything and was upset he was forced to do this. So pathetic. More
No honor or loyalty - unless you know the owner Drove an hour to this dealership for a specific car, found it at the back of the lot, test drove it, and when we went to talk numbers, another group w Drove an hour to this dealership for a specific car, found it at the back of the lot, test drove it, and when we went to talk numbers, another group who was there for a different car began to look at the car we were interested in where we left it parked. Our salesman told the other salesman/group we were looking at it and on our way to talk numbers. While we talked numbers, all of 10 min, and I provided my credit card for a deposit to hold the car, unbeknownst to us, the other group went in and began the sale process. My card was swiped, but then I was told the other group was buying it. We were told the other buyers were friends of the owner so their deal was proceeding over ours - even though they knew we were moving on it. So buyer beware. Unless you're a friend of the owner, your business isn't important and they are quick to backtrack on anything they say. And even if they say the deposit will hold the car for you, from the managers mouth: a hold is not a purchase so the car is still free game. More

From start to finish, the sales team, business team and service team has been outstanding. The sales person for my last two purchases has been Haig Avakian. He has always been extremely knowledgeable about the different cars on the lot and really took the time to understand my specific needs in a vehicle. He never made me feel rushed to make a decision and allowed me to test drive each car as much as I needed to in order to get the proper feel for the car. Jon and J.D. in the business office have always been quite helpful and professional and always made the purchase as easy and streamlined as possible. Kevin and the service team and top notch and round out the whole car experience at Foley. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Haig, I will be back in a few years for my next car! More
