I will start out by saying Jett is an exceptional service adviser. i had a problem with my 2022 kona, made an online appointment august 2023 which was scheduled for December. The problem was managab service adviser. i had a problem with my 2022 kona, made an online appointment august 2023 which was scheduled for December. The problem was managable until November. I gave Jett a call & he squeezed me in for the next day. Though i left that day with a new kona Jetts customer service was definitely the catalyst to the events that transpired that day. It is because of him i have remained a customer of Folsom Lake Hyundai. I would also like to give the sales department, especially Mr. Jeff Oswald recognition for being honest & not trying the old bait & switch tactic that sales personel often try. & Assigning a nice sales person, Ronnie, who was pleasant to work with. the finance dept (Fernando Ortiz) for being quick, informative & making the process seamless. That is until Mark came up with a master plan, that also matched every one of my stipulations, priced me out, and then verified every new service with price that came up before performing the actual services.
