I started working with Stephen Chan to get the initial information on what I wanted. He then turned me over to Andrew Patton who made us feel relaxed and happy we buy there. It was total stress free experience and even though I didn't get the exact color car I wanted they upgraded me to a better model for the same price for the inconvenience. We will continue to buy our cars here and look forward to my second new car some 3 or 4 years from now. More

I decided to continue my online search and went on to the Folsom Lake Hyundai website. I saw a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and was skeptical that this would be one more let down. But decided to give this one a try. After speaking with Sam, he made me feel comfortable. Mind you this conversation took place over the phone. I gave him my information and within minutes he called me back with EXCELLENT news. I was able to get the car and within the amount I was willing to pay. He never made me feel as if I was a burden and let ME make the decision on whether or not I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Unlike one particular place.
