The service department was easy to deal with. However, I have an issue with the body shop. I went there to get work done on my Mustang and was told they would send me an estimate. I went in just to purchase a fuse last week for my truck. The service manager (shawn?) pulled the truck in a replaced the fuse for me no questions asked. (Used was not available for what we needed in Londonderry). Based on this service experience my next vehicle will definitely come from Londonderry Ford as the service far surpasses other dealers.
