Your “team” Claimed I needed $600 in work when I didn’t. I got two other estimates and both said I needed nothing and your “service manager” agreed a few days later when he looked at your paperwork. You’ve also worked on my motorhome which is giving me second thoughts also. Your service writers and others should not be on commissions. It’s not right. I am preparing a review and paperwork of my experience and I will be sending this to Ford Motor Co. shortly. More
