I was met at the door to the dealership by Todd when I arrived. I told him I probably would not be buying a car just now but that I was curious. Told that I would like a red or silver Edge, he brought me a car I liked a lot, and we chewed over the possibility of making a trade that would let me get it. After a negotiating session that went on for a while, I decided to buy the car. Todd never pressured me and never pushed me to buy anything I didn't want. He was the model of courtesy and spent more time than I had any right to expect. I respect him for all of that and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Ford! More

Buying a car sight unseen 1500 miles from where you live as a scary ordeal however everybody that I came in contact with made this a seamless process. They sent me a very good video of the vehicle I was purchasing along with great photos and kept in great contact with me. I had that vehicle shipped to me they went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle got to me And even checked in with me once it was delivered to make sure that it was everything that I wanted.
