I was shocked to get a call back so quickly they diagnosed the issue with our car only to realize they hadn’t really looked at it because their solution would not have fixed the problem. After letti diagnosed the issue with our car only to realize they hadn’t really looked at it because their solution would not have fixed the problem. After letting them know that a new SD card would not fix the issue with the whole module not working they went back and looked at it again to find that a plug was undone and needed to be plugged back in. I was charged almost $300. I feel like the fact that I had to explain to them that their solution was not going to fix the problem tells me they didn’t really look into the issue before trying to tell me how to fix it More
Took care of the warranty work. Was getting a cat back exhaust, installed that I have already paid for. They called me thursday May 30th to say it will be Monday June 3 before t Was getting a cat back exhaust, installed that I have already paid for. They called me thursday May 30th to say it will be Monday June 3 before they can start installing it. After not hearing anything, I finally call on June 5 to check on it. Service tech then tells me he should had called me. That the guy is out for surgery. And they don't have anybody else that can do it.. Terrible at keeping customer informed. And the cat back exhaust says it needs to be installed by a certified dealer for warranty reasons. More
I appreciate getting in early and being able to drop off my car without worrying about a ride. It took a while but honestly I took off a half day just incase so it didn’t really bother me, my boss that’s a my car without worrying about a ride. Either way the job was done well and arguably fast in my opinion considering the short notice and it didn’t really impact my day. I also liked being able to wait at home so I can do chores while I waited on my car. More
Had problems with my truck on the to Colorado Springs. Was at service center at 700am and was greeted by Ronnie. Great guy, he got me in right away, had tech on it asap. Had a bad fuel injector.
