Recall repair I called the dealer and got an appointment for the next day. My car was taken back as soon As I got in. I was escorted to a very comfortable waiting a I called the dealer and got an appointment for the next day. My car was taken back as soon As I got in. I was escorted to a very comfortable waiting area with coffee, donuts and an attendant. I read in a great chair for about an hour or so and was called for my car earlier than expected. It was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. My service person came back a few minutes before my car was done with an inspection sheet and ask if would like my air filters changed. I did not and was not pressured she was friendly and professional. Thanks! More

Service....simple oil change I scheduled service at 11;30 for an oil change and I left it and they weren't done with it by 2pm...I called at 2:30 for a lift back to dealership, a I scheduled service at 11;30 for an oil change and I left it and they weren't done with it by 2pm...I called at 2:30 for a lift back to dealership, and the poor driver was waiting in line at the county clerk's office....I finally got picked up and I made a big enough deal out of it my car was done when I got there at a little after 3pm. It should not take this long to do a simple oil change. I doubt I will be back, even if I was trying to save a few dollars. I would just pay full price,than to have to deal with this again. More
