Bradshaw goes above and beyond. They are a true dealership to their word. The best SERVICE department we have ever dealt with. We ran into some issues that had absolutely nothing to do with Bradsha dealership to their word. The best SERVICE department we have ever dealt with. We ran into some issues that had absolutely nothing to do with Bradshaw and Mr. Donald took good care of us to the point of no worries on our end. Then Mr. Donal put us in the hands of Zack Moran and when I say the nicest guy you could ever meet with a smile. Zack goes way above and beyond his job scope, Zack is a man of his word. It’s hard to find honesty and trust worthy in dealerships, but I’m hear you tell you BRADSHAW if their name is on it they stand behind everything they say they will do. Easton Howard great character ask for him as your service advisor he will truly get the job you need done, he will figure it out and go before you to make sure you are happy and most of all they all want to see you return back. They love their customers. Thank you Mr. Donald, Zack and Easton. You guys blew us away because we never in all our years of even buying cars and getting them service ever receive the customer service that you guys gave us you guys are truly truly the meaning behind customer service.
