I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a safety inspection, and was told the wait would be about 1.5 hours. It took almost 4 hours. Up sold a free oil change, had an appointment and it still took 3 hours. Then told me a bolt was busted and needed to be replaced, charged me 200 for thr fix, then 18 bucks for the bolt.
