The dealer is nice and clean with a great selection of new and used cars in a great location. They were not fair and honest for my trade in and actually made my first offer for a 2016 Avalon with 151 k mi new and used cars in a great location. They were not fair and honest for my trade in and actually made my first offer for a 2016 Avalon with 151 k miles at $3,000 and after that we got to $5,000 in which still wasn’t a fair offer. I took the 5k because my daughter was getting upset with them telling us her car was in terrible shape…they the listed the car for sale for $12,999 a day later on two of their dealerships websites. Very frustrating to have a dealership take advantage of my daughter emotions. It is my fault for not making them pay At least the poor trade in value of the car. It is however a sure reflection of this dealership for NOT doing honest fair business with their customers. I have bought 4 cars from the Martin family of dealerships as recently as 1 month ago a $94,000 ram tungsten and after they way they dealt with my daughter I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them nor will I EVER recommend them as the crooked trade in deal has left a very bad car buying experience in my mind. Luke the new car salesmen that was assisting Corey was a great guy and very helpful to us. Corey and the used care manger weren’t so helpful and quite frankly fraudulent. Thanks Andy Harpster More

What I like about thus dealer is the fact that a real person always answers the phone and directs you to the department you need where another living person answers. If you have any issues with your serv person always answers the phone and directs you to the department you need where another living person answers.
