My car was serviced by a 3rd party that Fred Martin uses. This 3rd party caused various issues to my car. Initially when I brought the car home the automatic window feature was not working and I had to call This 3rd party caused various issues to my car. Initially when I brought the car home the automatic window feature was not working and I had to call and have them walk me through getting it realigned. My car was given back to me with the fobs installed and each time I would use the Lock or Unlock on the fob it would turn on the Hazard lights and they had to manually shut back off. I had to bring my brand new car back to be reserviced by the 3rd party for this issue. When this was fixed, I checked everything again. The key fobs trunk button wasn’t working. I call about that and I am told that it isn’t nissans fault because it was a 3rd party that serviced my car. They have the 3rd party reach out to me, and then tell me that the trunk button is an additional $250 on top of the key fob I just paid to have installed. Nissan did not help at all with resolve for this issue and I am out $350 dollars now. I am severely reconsidering who I will be doing business with next because this has been an awful experience. More
