Horrible service. Purchase a van last January 2021. In March 2021 the transmission went out. So they fixed it. We are now in February 2022 engine and transmission is out. We took the van for service in January they've had the van for three weeks to fix the engine and transmission. We get it back yesterday 2/22 and we took it back 2/23 still not fixed properly. The service representative and the manager DO NOT CARE. The state there might be a hole in the engine that WE going have to pay more money after we paid 1660 2/22. If the engine was fixed. Why didn't they fix the whole. They are very un honesty people. Customer service sucks servicing a vehicle sucks. I don't recommend Fred Martin to nobody. Make matters worst corporate office is on barber rd. Civil Court is my next option. More

Lisa and Michael were super great to work with. We went to the dealership to look at a totally different vehicle. We couldn't quite get to the monthly payment that we were looking for. After taking multiple trips to the dealership for paperwork and picking up our car after detailing (40 minute drive) was never offered a gas card or anything. Sat in the dealership for over an HOUR w paperwork and picking up our car after detailing (40 minute drive) was never offered a gas card or anything. Sat in the dealership for over an HOUR with nobody talking to us before I finally went up to somebody who told me the car was ready for over an hour and someone should have gotten us. Then to top it all off, after TWO WEEKS (14 DAYS) of driving the new car got HARASSED by texts and calls saying “the bank is denying the financing and we need to come return car.” Shouldn’t you have known that FROM THE START???? Not after I drove the car home and had it FOR TWO WEEKS. After getting our old car back they neglected to give me the title for my car OR my registration. Still waiting to receive it. Communication is so poor, sales people are rude. Go to a different dealership you won’t regret it!☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ More
