Just traded in my Jeep Rubicon for Grand Cherokee L Limited. They were my first stop and last. I did go to three other dealers to compare and Fred Martin was best payment by far ($200) less on a leas Limited. They were my first stop and last. I don't feel the sales team was totally up front with me and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found the nail in the sidewall of the tire but they replaced both front tires. The salesperson knew there was a low pressure indicator on and never bothered to check it out. I had to schedule an appointment and wait 6 days to have it checked out. I'm not happy about that. I feel I was treated poorly in that aspect of the transaction. More
