My new car's transmission blew 52 days after i bought it from you. It had less than 60000 miles on it. When I tried to bring it to you when it first started acting up, you told me i couldn't even be seen until July 1st and you couldnt give me a rental car. Thankfully, I purchased a warranty and was able to take it to a Toyota dealer near me that replaced my transmission, provided a rental for the almost 3 weeks my car was broken, and were very kind and understanding how important a safe, reliable vehicle is for a woman 7 months pregnant and with an 8 year old son.

Alexandra, we apologize for any delay you had getting an appointment in our Service Department and rental car while we diagnosed and repaired your vehicle. With inventory constraints we had to adjust our loaner program to include used vehicles, and now have more on hand to provide to our service customers. We apologize you were in this situation, and we could not address it as promptly as we would have liked. We are happy to hear your vehicle was repaired and you are back on the road. Again, we are sorry this is how your experience ended.
