Your first visit was covered under warranty, and we understand coming in again is not the ownership experience you were hoping for. Used cars, especially those with over 100,000 miles on the odometer, can have issues. We encourage all customers purchasing used vehicles to purchase an extended warranty as a compliment to our free Lifetime Limited Powertrain warranty. We appreciate your business, and hope your Service Department experience is 5-stars.
