I recently purchased a new F-150 Lariat from FR Ford and it was time for the first oil change service. I went online earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment for 8:30AM the coming Saturday. Frida it was time for the first oil change service. I went online earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment for 8:30AM the coming Saturday. Friday prior I got a call and was told they no longer did appointments and that was an error on the web page and it was first-come-first served. At their advise, I came it right at opening and was still told it was 2 hours before servicing. I left and came back later in the day only to be told the wait was another 1.5 hours before servicing. I had been a customer of Malloy Ford in Winchester for years and was always able to schedule appointments and get served promptly and efficiently. I went to the financial office and told them I wanted to cancel my EXPENSIVE service contract as my first experience quite frankly sucked. I would think a brand new customer would not have to wait in line with other non-customer folks to service their new Ford vehicle. Anyway, the general manager was able to promptly get my vehicle serviced but only after I complained. I was not rude, I was not unreasonable. When Ms. O'Connor gave me my keys and paperwork, I thanked her and got a "Uh huh" in return. At this point, I'm still considering cancelling the service contract as I don't think I will put enough miles on the vehicle to justify the expense and will probably go back to Malloy for future servicing. First-come-first-serve is not good for new Ford customers when other dealers allow appointments AND you allowed online scheduling obviously in error. More

The dealership was awesome. Chris was a very helpful salesman. Most of our communication was through text because of my job. It doesn’t allow me to talk on the phone as much as Chris was a very helpful salesman. Most of our communication was through text because of my job. It doesn’t allow me to talk on the phone as much as I would like to because of my work being so intense. The only time I actually talk to him is when I signed the papers to get the truck I like this Ford hybrid I’ve never had one before, but I’m learning to love it.
