Phoned ahead to check approximate wait time for oil change. Was advised time frame, went to dealership found wait time as indicated, had service performed, cost was less than expected. Upon picking up my vehicle from service at Front Royal Ford, my service bill totaled more than what was originally told to me and agreed upon with the Manager Steven Sarecky. I paid the amount and asked for Mr. Sarecky to give me a call the following day about multiple concerns I had, and the discrepancy with my shop bill amount. I gave ample time for him to contact me, knowing that he is busy, but never heard from him in the following weeks. During the next 3 weeks I called Front Royal Ford to try to speak to Mr. Sarecky more than 2 dozen times, and left multiple messages with employees to have him return my call. I never heard from him at all. Only after sending an email to another employee at Front Royal Ford with my concerns, did I get an email back from Mr. Sarecky, in which he did not address any of my concerns. I returned his email and asked about multiple issues, such as: a difference in my shop bill total from what I had agreed to, not receiving the complimentary Multi Point Inspection checklist with my oil change, 3/5 of my left rear lug nuts being left loose, and the discrepancy of what Mr. Sarecky told me himself and what actually happened. Lots of these issues could have been addressed if they had taken any time to reach out to me. Upon sending him these concerns and asking for a copy of my Multi Point Inspection, I once again never heard back from the Manager in the almost 3 weeks since. Overall, they have terrible customer service, despite them being simple issues that could be resolved, having bought my car at Front Royal Ford and just having spent $3100 on service prior to. When asking for an explanation of my service needed and why, their service employee met me with an attitude and complete disrespect, while never able to give me an answer. There are many, many more things to be said about my experience with Front Royal Ford but I am trying to keep this as short as possible. I now know to go to ANY other Ford Dealership than Front Royal Ford in the future and I would recommend anybody else to do the same. More

Front Royal Ford was a little slow with a repair, however it required some pretty extensive work. I got a little impatient due to the work taking a little longer than expected, however, like most places, the it required some pretty extensive work. I am impressed that my car was well taken care of when it was getting maintenance and warranty work done. More
Finance person was dishonest and I pointed out errors on the sales contract. He rewrote the contract the next day correcting errors with no explanation then dated the contract with the previous days date. the sales contract.
