The only item regarding the software update that would have been helpful would have been informed the updated software could revert to factory settings. Then I would have not been concerned when the cab l have been helpful would have been informed the updated software could revert to factory settings. Then I would have not been concerned when the cab light and other lights would not go out and the security went off 3 times when I was opening passenger door to get something out of backseat along with a few other items after I arrived home. Very smooth, got me right in and even provided me with a loaner. They are the only dealership who has done so. There was no shananagins and they where extremely honest. My rear breaks where bad and I had th loaner. They are the only dealership who has done so. There was no shananagins and they where extremely honest. My rear breaks where bad and I had thought my front where bad as well. They didnt just change it cause I asked about it. They did a full inspection and determined that they were fine. Ford auto nation told me all 4 rotors were bad and I would need to replace them all along with all the breaks. So I appreciate the honesty and the rapid turn around with my truck.
