After several cordial back and forth emails sent to schedule The Works Service Package for my 2024 Mustang GT Premium Convertible Performance Package Edition I confirmed back to the dealer that I would schedule The Works Service Package for my 2024 Mustang GT Premium Convertible Performance Package Edition I confirmed back to the dealer that I would drop my car off on Sept 11 when the service department opens. I checked both the dealership's service department web page and Google for this dealership and both inquires re service department hours of operation listed that service opens at 7 AM M-F. I arrived promptly at 7:01 AM (along with my ride home who drove separately) only to find the overhead entry door would not open. At 7:15 my wife went in a side door to inquire while I waited in my (running) vehicle. She was told that the service department did not open until 7:30 AM. WOW! I immediately rechecked online and Ganley's web site clearly states service opens M-F at 7:00 AM. I had other appointments that were layered to follow in sequence after this vehicle dropoff and I did not have time to wait. Left-along with my business which includes 2 Lincolns, 2 vintage Thunderbirds along with my Mustang. Will not go there again. More
