Very smooth, got me right in and even provided me with a loaner. They are the only dealership who has done so. There was no shananagins and they where extremely honest. My rear breaks where bad and I had th loaner. They are the only dealership who has done so. There was no shananagins and they where extremely honest. My rear breaks where bad and I had thought my front where bad as well. They didnt just change it cause I asked about it. They did a full inspection and determined that they were fine. Ford auto nation told me all 4 rotors were bad and I would need to replace them all along with all the breaks. So I appreciate the honesty and the rapid turn around with my truck.
