My experience with Garavel has been great. I arrived late to my appointment due to traffic and even though they were closing in 20min they took care of me, allowed me to test drive the car and consulted with to my appointment due to traffic and even though they were closing in 20min they took care of me, allowed me to test drive the car and consulted with me about finance. No first responder discount that is advertised. Kerri was awesome!!!! She saw I was there and came to say hello. She is the only good thing I can say about this dealer. Went in to look at a 2021 Jeep was awesome!!!! She saw I was there and came to say hello. She is the only good thing I can say about this dealer. Went in to look at a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. MSRP was around $57,000. Sitting on Cristians desk is an advertisemnt stating first responders get $1000 off. When asked about the price I was told not on the vehicle I was looking at. Didn't even want to negotiate price. It was MSRP and nothing less. I left and bought a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Stevens Ford is Milford. MSRP was $69,995 and they discounted down to $62,445. Clearly they appreciate first responders. More

Very pleasant experience, didn’t have the color I wanted but stated no worries we will order it. Had the vehicle in less time than advertised. No hard sell.
