I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, with specific features, and Garavel just so happene Greetings All, I discovered Garavel CJDR, via TrueCar. I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, with specific features, and Garavel just so happened to have it. It says something, when someone from Brooklyn, NY, not only travels to another state for a vehicle, but purchases it from that dealership. Garavel has ample space for patron parking. I'm huge on Customer Service, so while I had made an appointment, I was pleased to have been seen in less than 5 minutes. I was fortunate enough to be assigned Cristian Georgescu. Cristian greeted us warmly, and was extremely professional from start to finish. He had the vehicle brought to the front and ready for a test drive. within 10 minutes. The car itself was extremely clean and its specifications matched exactly what we had seen on the TrueCar advertisement, down to the mileage and price. After the test drive, we made arrangements to pick up the vehicle within a week. We also must applaud Business Managers Sue Demecs and Mary Gallagher for their hard work. They were able to get us a better rate than the financing we came with, and provided great options on the extended warranty. All three went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
