After extensive research on and much deliberation about which vehicle we would lease, we moved forward with paying Garavel Subaru a visit at the beginning of July. The first sales representative who we spoke with was patient as he answered a deluge of our questions. We began the process of selection our vehicle that same day. Sadly, the first representative left the dealership but we were able to pick up with Evelyn, who was equally, if not more efficient and responsive. Evelyn kept us abreast of any delays and/or changes to the status of the car we had ordered. We had been made aware there would be delays but to our delight, the vehicle arrived one morning in late August. Evelyn was communicative throughout the entire process. She even sent us photos as the truck carrying our vehicle arrived at the dealership. We’re grateful for such a stellar experience throughout this lengthy process.
