I have driven my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek for nearly a week now, and the learning curve is not quite so steep as it was when I brought it home, Monday, March 13. I have driven my 2008 gear shift, Subaru Impreza for 15 years, but the time had come to transition to a larger car, an automatic, with more safety features. I continue to be extremely grateful to my dealer, Evelyn Santiago for being my non-anxious, fountain of wisdom throughout my selection process. In addition to explaining the trade-in for my 2008 Subarau, Evelyn guided me through different buying and leasing options, and I finally decided to lease for the first time ever. Evelyn has been available during the last week to answer questions that have arisen about how the automatic headlights go on at night, or how to adjust the height of the steering wheel. Evelyn has responded promptly by text and/or phone with helpful information as my questions have arisen. I know Evelyn will continue to be there for any concerns I might have going forward. I went here with little intent of actually buying a car, my 2017 Legacy with 127,400 miles was a gem, but I decided to cut bait and get a new Legacy (my 6th) after sitting with Dave for a while. I knew what I wanted regardless and Garavel had one (many in NY had zip). Dave made me feel comfortable to give up the old for the new (you should ask for him). Their new facility is impressive. More
