It was a wonderful experience for me in purchasing my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid. I knew that Subura had the highest safety record and when I heard that Subaru was coming out with a new SUV Hybrid I we 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid. I knew that Subura had the highest safety record and when I heard that Subaru was coming out with a new SUV Hybrid I went to the Subaru’s Website where my inquiry went to Garavel Subaru. Then Rafael Vezel reached out to me through texting and phone call. I went to the dealership where Rafeal Vezel and Sales Manager Teddy Mochlas help me to order from the factory one of the newest Forester Hybrid with all the options I was looking for. During the months since starting the process they would reach out to confirming and finalizing the vehicle’s options. Then Rafeal worked with to finalize dealing with my crazy life events. Rafeal went and explained the vehicle set. and features and walked me to the dealership service and parts department. Then Rafael brought me to Tom Nerreau who helped to finalize the sale explaining all the option and warranty items. Now having the dealership just down the road will make servicing my vehicle so much easier and with friendly pleasure. So, I would recommend Garavel Subaru to anyone who is interested in buying a Subaru or wants a real safety conscious vehicle. More

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Garavel Subaru was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, the communication from this dealership was abysmal. Calls and emails routinely went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it was often vague, rushed, or dismissive. At no point did I feel like a valued customer — instead, I felt like an inconvenience. My salesperson, Rudy, was polite but seemed to know less about the vehicles than most customers. It was difficult to get clear, informed answers, and I often had to do my own research to understand key features and differences between models. To make matters worse, I was upsold on warranty add-ons at the end of the process — products that were presented as offering comprehensive coverage, including protection for failed electronics. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading. When issues arose, I learned the warranty didn’t actually cover what was promised. This felt deceptive and left me with a costly plan that offered little real value. I’ve been so frustrated with this experience that I’ve begun drafting emails to Senator Blumenthal’s office regarding what I believe is price gouging and misrepresentation in auto warranty sales. When I reached out to Subaru of America for help, I received minimal support. They either couldn’t or wouldn’t intervene, and their lack of follow-through made it clear that customer satisfaction ends the moment you leave the showroom. More
