With continual updates from him and then, on delivery day, taking as much time as needed to introduce me to all the changes and updates on the car, indicated his commitment to customer service. This experience has now convinced me that, no matter what Dept., Garavel has highly trained and personable employees that go "beyond" to earn our trust and satisfaction. First time Subaru owner I was in the market for a new car and had not considered Subaru in the past. Since Garavel Subaru is nearby my wife and I decided to stop in and look I was in the market for a new car and had not considered Subaru in the past. After a short while Evelyn came out and politely asked if we needed any help. We asked a few questions and she showed us a Forester, and asked if we wanted to take a test drive. Everything went so well with no hard sell or anything like that. I looked at 3 other car manufacturers and decide Garavel Subaru was the place for me.
