Great experience with Sam at Garavel SUBARU! I was so stressed from hearing that my 2002 Ford Escape was pretty much done with and the frame had rusted and was told my mechanic not to put any mor I was so stressed from hearing that my 2002 Ford Escape was pretty much done with and the frame had rusted and was told my mechanic not to put any more money into it. But, my mechanic named Brian told me about "the Subaru preowned lot on Main Avenue across from the old Dunkin' Donuts". So with limited funds I went with my Dad this past Wednesday after work. From the moment we walked in we were met with friendly faces happy to help. Then we met Sam. He sat us down and asked what I was looking for. He showed us many options, but I really like the 2019 Forester. We went for a ride and that was it...perfect for me. Price, size, all wheel drive...everything perfect for me. I picked up my new car last night and all I had to do was drive it home. No motor vehicle visit or call for insurance change. That was all done for me by Subaru. We loved Sam! So personable and kind. I highly recommend a visit to Sam at Garavel SUBARU!! More

Our first meeting with Garavel Subaru was thru internet sales, Elena, who first talked with us (wife & I) on what we were looking for & pricing then s Our first meeting with Garavel Subaru was thru internet sales, Elena, who first talked with us (wife & I) on what we were looking for & pricing then she introduced us to Sergio who took us thru the actual process of ordering the auto. We mostly knew what we wanted due to being current & past Subaru owners so we were interested in price and mostly the people who we were interacting with. The professionalism, knowledge, courtesy & humor of these people were outstanding. Sergio returned our phone calls in reasonable time frames & if he didn't have an immediate answer found it quickly - not only during the Sales process but also after the auto was purchased & delivered - he always there to help us. A-one Sergio! The final step in this process was with Tom in Finance who actually had the paperwork, signage etc. done in under 15 minutes! More
