I inquired about a used Prius and Joe handled all of my questions and worked with me on the price to get in my range. I came up from NYC and Joe picked up my wife and I at the train station and brought us to the dealership. From there, we took the car on a test drive and he answered more of my questions and walked us through everything we needed to know about the car and all the steps the dealership took to get it back on the market. Afterwards, we went through the paperwork and he gave us a gift before we hit the road. The next day Joe gave me a call to check in and make sure everything was okay with the car. And then, a week later we received a very nice thank you note in the mail...you don't see service like this too much these days. Especially for a used car, I was blown away. Thanks, Joe! More
