At the end, after we had made our choice, we found something missing in the car which we thought had been included but wasn't she went out of her way to work with the manager to provide that additional piece to us at no cost. Her followup has been amazing and most helpful because as older people we are a bit behind on the technology and really depend upon her for instructions.
