When I first entered the showroom I was greeted by a friendly Hello, can we help you? I was then introduced to Dave. We sat and talked for a few minutes. Dave was very knowledgable about the Ascent and was able to answer all of my questions. We then went out and sat in the car where Dave should me most of the technology. My wife and I came back for a test drive. That was also a good experience. After checking our competitors we decided on the Subaru. Filling out the paperwork for the purchase and the delivery were uneventful. More

Darlene at Garavel put my mom and I at ease immediately, Think car shopping for your own car is stressful? Try doing it for your 90 year old mother! Darlene at Garavel put my mom and I at ease immediately, with her warm, positive and down to earth personality, which helped all aspects of our buying experience, especially during the "test drive". She knew everything about the Forester and could show us all the neat features and answer all our questions. She took her time with us, and made herself available, even on her day off, so that we could close in 3 days. The closing went smoothly and everyone was on time. The car was pristine having been detailed before we arrived. Darlene introduced me to the different departments: Service, Parts, Sales. Everyone was happy and friendly. During the closing, Tom took his time to explain all the ins and outs of the extended warranty options and answer all our questions. There was never any pressure. He was terrific! While signing all the paperwork, my mom looked at me and said, "I can't believe this turned out to be such a pleasant experience". That's saying a lot from someone who, at age 90, has experienced a lot of car buying - especially when we were kids. My mom will need time to adjust to a newer vehicle, especially the digital dashboard. But she'll get there and I feel much better knowing she's driving a Subaru. Thank you everyone at Garavel. More
