The detail dept. could have done a better job cleaning the vehicle. Second time was needed to pay more attention to stains and cleanliness. Wheels were still dirty and I had to remove some other stains better myself. Darlene tried her best to make me happy. Kudos to her!! Finance process went ok but could have went better if started with my interest rate first rather than offering the warranty. With a near perfect credit score the interest rate was very high (almost double) then what was shown online from other banks. Reduced only when a warranty was finally accepted..? The best interest rate should be offered first, then a menu with no haggle pricing on warranty should be offered in my opinion. I felt I may have paid a high price for the warranty but they lowered my interest rate and monthly payment to make up for it..not sure I agree with that tactic. More
