My salesperson Evelyn, was very friendly and took care of everything but the bill :) As a matter of fact, everyone in the process was friendly, informative & happy to assist. Professional and genuine! Last month I sadly returned my Subaru Legacy Lease. I then purchased my used 2010 Acura TSX and I am extremely happy with my purchase but even more so Last month I sadly returned my Subaru Legacy Lease. I then purchased my used 2010 Acura TSX and I am extremely happy with my purchase but even more so with my sales experience thanks to Dave Novik. When I first leased my legacy back in 2016, Dave was my sales rep and he worked with me on every detail. He was also extremely thorough in his explanations and to ensure I would transition seamlessly into my lease. Throughout the term of my lease, he always followed up with me just to make sure things were going well. You can bet I came back to deal with him and he was just as great by helping me transition out of my lease and into a used car. He answered all of my questions in the process and was patient with me while I was extremely indecisive. Since last month, he has continued to follow up and again just to make sure things are going well. Dave is the reason I will continue to return as a more than happy customer. Dave is the man!! Elena was also very helpful by helping answer additional questions that I had and helping relay important information. More

He took his time and helped me in a way that I had no reasons not to buy he showed me form bumper to bumper in and out at time of deliver took his time to explain it all at least what I need it to know .
