Forester purchase I got a Forester from Garavel Subaru in May. John Bonine was extremely helpful as I inquired about and test drove several models. His approach was l I got a Forester from Garavel Subaru in May. John Bonine was extremely helpful as I inquired about and test drove several models. His approach was low pressure and he was genuinely interested in making sure I got the car that was right for me, even if had not turned out to be a Subaru. After I signed the papers he gave me a tour of the dealership, including the service center, and set up my first service appointment. When the DMV system failed and I could not get license plates before I left the dealership, John said he would let me know when the plates arrived. When they did, he even drove to my house and put the plates on the car, to save me the trip back to the dealership. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Garavel, and will definitely recommend it to others. John Bonine is an asset to the Subaru brand and the Garavel dealership. More

My salesman, Sam Moskow and all his associates, far exceeded any sales people I have ever worked with. At my age - you hardly see this anymore. I went in to look around for a used card on Tuesday and on the following day, Wednesday, I drove out with an immaculately clean used car with all the bells and whistles in order and Sam took the time to go over all the bells and whistles in the car with me. All the other employees who played a roll in getting this in order -including all the paper work, insurance, loan, registration couldn't have been any better. This dealership is by far - the best ....and they are extremely lucky to have such an excellent crew working for them. So would I recommend Garavel Subaru on Main Street in Norwalk, CT - YES - without a doubt! More

I went for test drives on several of the cars, 2 of them twice on different visits. I was not at all rushed in my decision, and given good advice, not only by my primary salesperson- but also from the salesperson had the desk next door.
