I was very surprised and pleased to be expected and welcomed in this way. I had received a letter from the dealership alerting me to the opportunity of turning in my Camry a year early on the lease and looking at something new, so I thought I might see what was available, never thinking that I would be driving away a new car just a few hours later. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, accommodating, helpful, and FUN to work with. My salesman, Robert, was especially helpful and straightforward in his recommendations. We actually had our picture taken in front of my new Corolla. No matter who I meet with at Gates Toyota, I'm always treated like a welcome friend. The whole experience was smooth and easy. The sales person was great. The finance manager I dont think explained everything as well as he could have. I think he rushed through it and didn't allow time for me to read it all. It was like he just wanted the documents signed, and I felt like I couldnt ask questions. I had to ask a few times what the documents were. He gave me quick answers as if that would explain what I was signing. I felt like I needed a lawyer with me. The documents are legal and should be explained in full so the customer has no questions in the end. More
