I have been using Gates Toyota for service every 5,000 miles since I purchased my first Rav 4 in 2003. The service member who signed me in was polite and helpful. It was my first time there and 1st time ever owning a Toyota. Well, as usual, my favorite place to go for service. I don’t think I would go anywhere else. This time a video of the inspection was taken and sent to me and it was an ingenious idea.
