The pickup was described as it should have been. There were no surprises when I showed up to look. I feel they gave a fair trade-in for my pickup. The only thing I thought took a while was paperwork. It took a long time I feel. Overall I will be back. Logan was great to work with. I did ask a few things about the pickup and they weren't really answered. Examples were where did the pickup come from and if the engine went down to V4 or has that been deleted or not? I feel they should have been able to give me full detailed answers on that. More

I was very nervous about the buying process since we live far away and the purchase was done though phone and the SUV was delivered to us. Rayonna Sack made our buying experience easy.
