Tim was awesome to work with. He knew the vehicles we were interested in well and laid out the pros and cons of the vehicles so we could make an informed decision. We feel he is knowledgeable and sincerely wants what is best for his customers. Basically, Tim is a good guy that we thoroughly enjoyed doing business with. I will refer people looking for a vehicle to Tim. I also appreciated the sales manager we dealt with. This is the second time I’ve interacted with him and I find him honest, up front, pleasant, and concerned about good customer service. Both times I’ve dealt with him, I’ve purchased a vehicle. Your waiting area is nothing fancy, but is comfortable and accommodating. The only negative of this purchase experience was the long wait for the vehicle to be detailed. If I would have known it would be that long, I would have left and done other errands and come back. I’ll chock that problem up to the volumes of snow being moved and cold temperatures. This dealership needs better customer service and better communication. We called to arrange a service for our family vehicle and were told to bring it in the day before a holiday. When we resisted this, we were assured that it would be done that day if we got it in early in the morning. Upon arrival to the dealership, at check-in, service told us that due to the holiday, no one would be able to get to our vehicle that day, and it would need to be held over the weekend but someone would call first thing on Tuesday. No one called. When we called we were told that the technician stepped out and someone would call. No one called. When we called to figure out what was going on we were told that the service person handling our case stepped out and would call. No one called. I got mad and asked to speak to a manager who texted us the most generic message about our vehicle which was unclear. We called back and demanded to speak to someone who finally told us that our vehicle would be worked on the following day and should be finished at a reasonable hour and that someone would call us. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and NOT one that instills confidence. This issue is unresolved as of this writing but why schedule a service the day before a holiday and not be willing or able to complete the job? Why then have a vehicle kept over the weekend and not check-in or communicate with the owner(s)? Why "step-out" (left office for the day) and not clear your caseload and contact your customers? More
