Alan Drewes was the only service advisor working when I came in Saturday afternoon about an hour before close with my car being towed in. They were able to quickly get me in a rental for the weekend and in came in Saturday afternoon about an hour before close with my car being towed in. They were able to quickly get me in a rental for the weekend and in the short time I was there the tech had already diagnosed the problem and they said they would get it fixed ASAP. The next business day at noon it was done. I have never received that fast exceptional service and I am so thankful to Alan and his team for getting it done so quickly and helping me get on the long road trip home back to Iowa.
