Very friendly and easy to work with. Cody was very easy to work with. With finding a car in my price range and budget. Great and friendly service! Ron presented us with lots of options in pre owned and new cars. Once we made our decision the follow up until the car arrived was good and then he de Ron presented us with lots of options in pre owned and new cars. Once we made our decision the follow up until the car arrived was good and then he demonstrated all the electronic options, introduced us to service staff, helped us setup the My Chevy app and explained the Costco and GM card credits. We have gotten our last 5-6 vehicles at Gateway, so that says it all! More

No pressure sale. Great experience. I knew exactly what I was looking for, a Jeep Compass, and had been at the Jeep dealership. Jeep pressured me to purchase and talked in circles when I I knew exactly what I was looking for, a Jeep Compass, and had been at the Jeep dealership. Jeep pressured me to purchase and talked in circles when I questioned them. Fed up I called Gateway to ask if they had what I was looking for even though they were a Chevy dealership. They did, it was an excellent experience and no pressure or talking in circles, everything was clearly explained. Only complain, I was not able to put the purchase on my credit card to earn points. I make a lot of high dollar purchase on my card to earn points, then payoff balance. Highly recommend my salesman Clark! More
