I had had extremely bad luck getting any service that could get it running again to get it back to the Twin Cities ( 4 hours away ) Finally on my 3rd visit to Fargo in one month. I found a dealership who could address the issues in a truthful and helpful say and manage to work it out so that I drove home in a brand new car and a good feeling about the whole experience. Any the way I felt on my way to Fargo this last time - that was a tall order! More

awful extremely disappointed puchased a 2005 silverado from clearance center and it needed new brakes so was told it would be ready next day we we are now 3 days later and still w puchased a 2005 silverado from clearance center and it needed new brakes so was told it would be ready next day we we are now 3 days later and still waiting because a hour job has now been an hour to hour an a half 4 times today if a vehicle is not ready to leave lot upon being purchased it should not be on lot to begin with. i hate being lied to and given the run around especially after all papers have been signed and insurance put on the day it was to be ready i will not buy another vehicle from gateway again More

I am not always easy to negotiate with, but the entire staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. The service I received from Arthur was above and beyond. He even stayed after closing time to help me set up the truck. This was the 4th vehicle I've purchased at Gateway in the last 3 years, and they really tried to understand my needs.
