Lenny Duval was our sales rep. We came in to talk about options for trading up our Ford Ranger without really expecting to make a purchase. He continued to work on making sure our purchase went smoothly and we were comfortable and happy with our decision. Tony in the Finance group handled our paperwork making it simple and quick while at the same time continuing to look for ways to save us money and provide service agreements tailored to our needs.
