It was my first service at Subaru for my new forester touring. Donna was exceptional. Very polite, helpful and friendly. I always connect with Collin Miranda as my Service Advisor because he is knowledgeable and very thorough throughout the drop off, s the past 5 years. I have driven Subarus since 1986. The service at Gerald is most of the reason. Collin Miranda is efficient, and checks to make sure that the work performed is correctly done.
