I bought a used car from Germain, and there were a few issues, like the door lock on one side not working and the rear shocks leaking fluid. The only issue that came up was the financing dept I contacted for an overpayment on the used car I bought, and it took 30 days to get me back the $1000 I overpaid. I got the money back, but it just took longer than the 3 days I was originally told when I brought up their mistake. Overall, great experience, but they just need to do a little better on follow-through with the refund. More
