Cole was great! I brought my CR-V in for an oil change and Cole let me know the car was also due for scheduled maintenance. I was in a time crunch, but he made sur I brought my CR-V in for an oil change and Cole let me know the car was also due for scheduled maintenance. I was in a time crunch, but he made sure the work was done in time for my next appointment. The TPS light came on while driving and I called Cole while on the road and he said to drive the car back and he would fix it, which he did, and I still made my next appointment. Cole was a huge help to me and the service I receive at Germain is always exceptional. More
