While my vehicle was being serviced, the trade‑in department took photos of my car and completed an appraisal without my knowledge or approval and contacted me. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told this was an “automatic process,” which sounded unreasonable and dismissive. I was also assured that a note would be added to prevent sales outreach, yet I still received a call on 2/5. More
