Anyone I have had contact with at Germain Lexus of Easton has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. During a recent visit to the service department the service advisor, assigned to me, was at lunch wh has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. During a recent visit to the service department the service advisor, assigned to me, was at lunch when I arrived for my appointment. I did not have to wait for his return because Nathan Spencer came to let me know he was going to get the paperwork started. He took care of everything and I was on my way in a short period of time.
