My experience with Germain Lexus of Easton was nothing less than exceptional! Approximately two years ago, I went to the dealership to look at an RX, however, I decided I wasn't quite ready to buy at tha less than exceptional! Jason Smith, my sales person, stayed in touch with me through email for the entire two year period. When I was finally ready to get my dream car, I was easily able to reach out to him for help with purchasing my RX. My experience with Jason and his sales manager, Dennis Cox, was simply amazing. I felt respected as a female buyer and both men treated me with kindness and in a fair manner throughout the entire buying process. JB in the finance department was also wonderful to work with as I have always leased cars in the past and this was my first experience with actually purchasing a vehicle. Breanna from the technology department was also very kind and patient as she answered all of my questions while going over the tech package for my new car. I had a few add ons that needed to be installed at the service center. James was very communicative and took great care of me!
