I went into the dealership to have my newly purchased 2010 Lexus E350 inspected for peace of mind. As I entered the service area, I was greeted by an employee and lead to the waiting area where I was kin 2010 Lexus E350 inspected for peace of mind. Aaron introduced himself shortly afterwards and thoroughly went over our concerns and discussed how they would proceed with a complete inspection. Several hours later, we were provided with a thorough report about what they inspected, a detailed explanation, a clean car, and a full tank of gas...incredible! We are so pleased and will continue to have our car serviced at Germain thanks to Aaron! More

My daughter is a DPSM for Honda/Acura who recently took a promotion and transferred to Ohio. I was visiting my daughter and my power steering went out. Preston Hutchins is the most conscientious salesman I have ever worked with. He never forgets a thing when it comes to customer service. I bought my first Lexus RX350 from him about a year ago. Unfortunately I just recently I had a collision which totaled my vehicle. I notified him immediately that my car may be totaled and I would like another just like my first one. He started that day to look for one with no luck but within two days he called me with a possibility. It was a trade in that was exactly like the one I lost. I put a deposit on it that day. The next day I told him it was totaled and he sent the trade in to be per-certified. The next day he called and I picked up my new RX350. It was just as he described. Beautiful and not a thing wrong with it. Today I am a happy customer. Preston was very professional and he delivered as promised. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. I know it took some effort on his part to make this happen for me and I am most grateful. Every other employee that had a part in this deal were super and I cannot be more pleased.
