He spent as much time on any given topic ( car, finance, features, etc. ) as we wanted or needed. The finance process and experience was surprisingly fast & simple. Eric Welch was extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure we were happy! The little things that this team were what set them part from all others ... from the bow for my daughters car to offering to help with the processing of specialized plates to taking a few extra minutes to go over features of the car to ensure I understood them. We purchased a used BMW 530XiT from Germain Lexus. We drove from Grand Rapids Michigan. Aso Danso was our "over the phone" person that arranged the purchase and receipt. Unfortunately Aso was in a wedding and could not make it to our pick up day. In Aso's absence, we were plesantly welcomed by Preston Hutchins. Preston is a high energy guy that is a caring person. The car was detailed and ready for a "test drive". All went well thus, we proceeded with the purchase. Through the entire purchase Preston made us feel right at home. BUT HERE's the big thing. Mind you, this is a used car. In the process of driving it home and over the next couple of weeks, we found that the battery was old and not good. We contacted the used car manager Ralph Burgess. Ralph took care of the issue by offering to refund the purchase cost of a new battery. That is a company that stands behind their product. What a refreshing experience. If you are looking for an upper end nice car, you should stop by and give the guys serious consideration. More

I arrived early for my appointment but Aso was glad to take me on a test drive while Preston was with another customer. Once I drove the car, Preston knew what I wanted and really went to work for me to get an acceptable offer for my trade. And, lastly everyone was quite accommodating to my very patient 14 year old daughter. She was trying to hide her annoyance that she was going to be late for cheer practice. Preston was literally running from one buiding to the next in an attempt to expedite the paperwork. And, the entire sales team joined in to get us on the road. Thanks for a positive experience.
