Have been uneasy with this one, but just hope that the trust I put in them in the past eventually pays off. I arrived at the dealership for an appointment with Buddy. When I got there, Omar said he would be taking care of me. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but the follow-through was terrible. The finance manager came to me to complete paperwork before I had even seen the car. So, Omar walked me out to see it. When all ppwk was completed, I was taken to my waiting car. I had never been in it. No test drive. No one went over any of the features of the car. Granted, I have had several corollas, but they are all different. I truly felt like I was an imposition. Buddy was fantastic. Due to illness I had to reschedule several appointments with him. I was given two keys. One was only for Ihey ignition. No lock/unlock features. I asked about another one. What use is an ignition key if you can't get into the car? I was told I would need to buy another one. Omar would check on the price. I haven't heard back from him. My mother will periodically drive my car so I would like her to have a key that will allow her access to the car. I really don't think that is asking too much. More
